Owners and residents Lonnie and Syresa Rowland say what most people feel when they arrive here is peace and tranquillity. The sounds of the running stream and the wind through the mountain trees is calming and thrilling at the same time. The temperature of the property is usually cooler from being nestled beneath the mountains. The house is visually appealing and the age and history of the house is quite interesting. Many famous people have been entertained at this property including as Dolly Parton, Louise Mandrell, and Lee Greenwood.
Historic Seaton Springs Farm:
Offering 3 nicely decorated rooms for rent, all with private bathrooms. Rooms are listed with Airbnb and VRBO and guests can book directly by calling 865-446-2662. The James Seaton Room & Mary Seaton Room have one queen bed and each sleep two guests. The James Tipton Room is a triple with a queen bed and a twin day bed, sleeping three people. A fourth queen bedroom is available for rent at a reduced rate for additional friends or family members sharing a bathroom. True to our bed n’ breakfast heritage, we include a complimentary continental breakfast as part of the nightly rate with the option of a fully cooked breakfast for a nominal charge.
Also, fishing in the pond for overnight guests is permitted. Just bring your own bait and tackle!
