We began 2018 with Airbnb rentals at our farmhouse and weddings near our lake. The barn at Historic Seaton Springs Farm is the oldest cantilever barn in Tennessee and barn weddings are very popular. In addition to using the grounds around the barn for events, we hope to begin having events in the upper part of the barn in 2019. This is a large space which would be suitable for inside barn weddings, barn dances, music venue, etc. Historic Seaton Springs Farm is already listed with the Tennessee Film Commission and the barn would make a great filming location. Stay tuned for bigger things planned for 2019!
